    Itinerary

    7 days Fes to Marrakech Desert tour

    Day 1:Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert

    Your adventure begins after breakfast as we leave the historic city of Fes and travel through the scenic Middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop is Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its alpine-style architecture and peaceful atmosphere. We then continue to the Cedar Forest of Azrou, where you may spot the playful Barbary macaques.

    After lunch in Midelt, the journey continues through the spectacular Ziz Valley, one of Morocco’s largest palm oases, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Passing through Erfoud, famous for its fossil workshops, we arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert.

    In the late afternoon, swap your vehicle for a camel and enjoy a memorable trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Watch the sunset paint the desert in stunning shades of orange before arriving at your luxury desert camp. Enjoy a delicious Moroccan dinner, traditional Berber music around the campfire, and an unforgettable night beneath a sky full of stars.

    Day 2:Merzouga sightseeing tour by 4x4

    Wake up early to witness a magical Sahara sunrise before enjoying breakfast at the camp. Today is dedicated to discovering the hidden treasures of the Merzouga region.

    Visit the village of Khamlia, where you’ll experience the rhythms of traditional Gnawa music. Continue to the historic M’Fis mining village, meet a local nomadic family to learn about their desert lifestyle, and admire the endless landscapes surrounding the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes.

    After lunch, return to your hotel to relax or choose from exciting optional activities such as quad biking, dune buggy adventures, horseback riding, or sandboarding. Dinner and overnight stay in a comfortable hotel overlooking the dunes.

    Day 3:Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

    After breakfast, visit the lively town of Rissani, known for its traditional market and rich history as an ancient caravan trading center. Continue through desert landscapes and palm-filled oases toward the spectacular Todra Gorge, where towering cliffs create one of Morocco’s most impressive natural wonders. Enjoy a leisurely walk through the canyon before continuing along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to the beautiful Dades Valley.

    Dinner and overnight stay in a charming hotel surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery.

    Day 4:Dades Valley – Roses Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Aït Benhaddou – Marrakech

    After breakfast, travel through the picturesque Roses Valley and the lush palm groves of Skoura before reaching Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Morocco.”

    Continue to the legendary Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most famous kasbahs. This remarkable fortress has served as the backdrop for world-renowned productions, including Gladiator, Game of Thrones, The Mummy, Prince of Persia, and Kingdom of Heaven.

    After exploring the kasbah, cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass before arriving in vibrant Marrakech. Overnight stay in a traditional riad.

    Day 5:Guided Sightseeing Tour of Marrakech

    Discover the highlights of Morocco’s Red City with an experienced local guide. Visit the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque, the elegant Bahia Palace, the historic Saadian Tombs, and the beautiful Ben Youssef Madrasa.

    Day 7: Departure

    After breakfast, depending on your flight schedule, we will transfer you to Marrakech Menara Airport or your accommodation, bringing your unforgettable Moroccan journey to a close.
