Your 3-day tour from Marrakech to Fes begins with a morning pick-up from your accommodation. We depart Marrakech and cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi N’Tichka Pass, reaching an altitude of approximately 2,260 meters.
Along the way, we visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most impressive historic kasbahs. After exploring the kasbah, enjoy lunch before continuing to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” Here, you can visit the famous Cinema Studios and discover some of the locations used in international films and TV productions.
We then continue along the scenic Road of a Thousand Kasbahs toward Kalaat M’Gouna, the beautiful Valley of Roses, famous for its roses and traditional rosewater products. After a short stop, we continue to the Dades Valley, where you will enjoy dinner and spend the night at your hotel.
After breakfast, continue your Morocco desert tour from Marrakech to Fes with a scenic exploration of the Dades Valley, known for its dramatic landscapes and rugged rock formations. We then travel through Tinghir to visit the spectacular Todra Gorge, famous for its towering limestone cliffs and narrow canyon.
Our journey continues to Erfoud, renowned for its fossils and traditional fossil products. We then head toward Rissani, where, if time allows, you can explore its authentic traditional souk. Afterward, we continue to Merzouga for the next part of your Sahara adventure.
In the afternoon, ride camels across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi while enjoying the peaceful desert scenery and sunset. After approximately 1.5 hours, arrive at your Sahara desert camp, where you will enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner, local music, and an unforgettable night beneath the stars.
Wake up early and enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. After breakfast at your hotel in Merzouga, we start our journey to Fes.
We travel through Errachidia and the scenic Ziz Valley, where you can admire the dramatic gorges, green palm groves, and beautiful landscapes. We then cross Tizi N’Talghamt Pass before reaching Midelt, known for its mountain scenery.
Next, we drive through Azrou and the Cedar Forest, where you can stop to see the Barbary macaques climbing among the trees. We then continue to Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco,” before arriving in Fes, where your 3-day tour from Marrakech comes to an end.
